How to order: It's very easy to order at MillenStore. You can explore every product (you'll see a larger image and detailed description) by clicking on small picture or cigarette's name. When you have made your choice simply add item(s) you have chosen to your shopping cart by clicking "Order it" and then proceed to checkout through our secure order form.


How to use the shopping cart: When you have finished adding items to your shopping cart, click the words " MY SHOPPING CART" on the right of top menu. This is the beginning of the ordering process. If you wish to delete an item from your Shopping Cart, click the "Delete" link that appears to the right of any item in your Shopping Cart.


Secure checkout: When you've chosen the items you wish to order, click the "Next" button in your shopping cart. You will be transferred to a secure page. You may be insured that you're in an encrypted area when you see a solid key when using Netscape Navigator or a closed lock when using Internet Explorer. Your personal information will be encrypted and transmitted via a secured connection only.


Payment information: All prices in our store are listed in US dollars. At the moment you can pay by VISA, MasterCard, Euro Card, JCB, Diners Club, Amex or e-check . We bring our apologies to the visitors who would like to pay using other credit cards. In the nearest future we will expand the selection of accepted credit cards. Paying by credit card is the most convenient and fast way of shopping at our site. If you would like to pay using another payment options please contact us for details.


Delivery time and shipping rates: Air Mail by Federal Postal Service - provides quite fast and not expensive delivery to the most countries of the world. Usually it takes not more than two weeks for your order to be delivered. In the most cases you will have, however, to pick up your parcel at the local post office.


What countries do you ship to?: We are pleased to ship your order to almost any country of the world. At the checkout process you may select your location and choose the shipping method among available for your location and your order value.


Returns policy: Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days on receipt of your order, you may return the following items for a full refund (minus shipping and handling charges). To make a return please e-mail us to sales@MillenStore.com. In the message you need to state:

2. Item(s) you want to return.
3. The reason you want to make a return.
